The process of aging in the light of Ayurveda
Main Article Content
Abstract
Tackling the problem of aging is the same age as humanity. All ages have been concerned with solving the problem of aging, both the ancient philosophies of life (Vedic philosophies, Taoism) and the science of today. Basically based on observation and logical interaction, the theories and practices of Ayurveda are very similar to the modern scientific conception, in some places (the question of balance) even going beyond it. In the perception of Ayurveda, aging is a compensatory process that can be influenced and optimized by adaptation aids and methods.
