Abstract

Modern societies place more and more emphasis on maintaining physical, mental and mental well-being, one of the defining elements of which is wellness. Spirituality also offers tools that can contribute to individual mental and emotional stability. Can selfness, which combines these two areas, also have the best effect in a personalized way?

The spiritual traditions of each nation carry unique wisdom and values that are in line with their history and way of life. If each nation can live according to its own outlook on life, it will result in a more balanced and harmonious society on both an individual and a community level, while contributing to the cultural diversity of the world.

The aim of the study is to present the ancient Hungarian spiritual approach, which resonates the most with the soul of Hungarian society. We attempt to shed light on the areas and ways in which the Yotengrit philosophy and daily selfness can be linked, which emphasizes respect for nature, the search for balance and the moral purity of human relationships.

There is a close relationship between Yotengrit, assertive communication, health preservation and tourism.
