Abstract
Introduction: Due to the increasing everyday stress and the lack of physical activity, the population is participating in tourist trips more and more frequently. The best choice is a natural environment where the beauty of the landscape and fresh air help divert attention from daily worries. One of the gems found in Hungary is Szarvas.
