Abstract
When it comes to mental recreation, we typically associate it with singing, listening to music, watching musical theatre productions.
However, in the field of physical recreation, the reader is presented with a much more nuanced picture: primarily the different types of dance, whether folk, Latin and standard ballroom, acrobatic rock and roll, classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, fashion and sports, ice dancing, zumba; more sporty forms include aerobics, competitive fitness, rhythmic gymnastics, pole fitness, synchronised swimming; or, more recently, mazurettas and capoeira.
