Testmozgás a terhesség alatt: kutatásokon alapuló ajánlások

Absztrakt
A testmozgás számos előnnyel jár mind az anya, mind a baba számára a terhesség előtt, alatt és után. Egyre inkább elfogadottá válik, hogy a várandós anya terhesség alatti fizikai egészségi állapota (Morris és Johnson, 2005) befolyásolja a szülés utáni felépülését.
A legújabb kutatások is alátámasztják ezt a hipotézist, és a hivatalos irányelvek arra ösztönzik az alacsony kockázatú, normális terhességet megélő anyákat, hogy a terhesség előrehaladtával vegyenek részt napi testmozgásban - bár a magzat növekedésével az egyébként rendszeres rutinjukat módosítva (AGOG 2015, Clapp, 2006). Minden eddiginél nagyobb hangsúlyt kap a mozgásszervi egészség szempontjából a fájdalommentes mozgás és a terhesség késői szakaszában történő folyamatos testmozgás, amely megelőzi, csökkenti és kezeli a kellemetlenségeket. Sok várandós nőnél alakul ki - olykor átmeneti - úgynevezett felső és alsó keresztszindróma (UCS és LCS) - az LCS-re jellemző az ágyéki lordózis, amely hozzájárul a terhes nőknél a derékfájás igen magas (<50%) gyakoriságához (Wang et al, 2004). Az egyensúlyt befolyásolhatja a test súlypontjának (COG) megváltozása, ami hajlamosítja a terhes nőket az elesés fokozott kockázatára.
