Welcome

As a columnist of a journal that is now also academically higher-ranked (scientific/edited-mtmt), I can offer you, dear readers, this colourful issue.

Beyond the colds and spring fatigue, I encourage everyone, drawing strength from the reawakened nature, to live a meaningful everyday life.

In addition to the important moments of turning inside, I want to emphasize the importance of our human relationships.

In particular, I call your attention to the meeting of different generations. Whether in the family, in local communities, in education. Let us look for opportunities to connect with those younger and older than us! Let's get out together in nature, go hiking, mushrooming, join an occasional walking club, a Senior Joy Dance club! Chilling out together can also be important, calming and rewarding.

Let's turn to each other! Let's discover and get to know the communities where we live, inform those around us, especially older people, and introduce them to new activities.

A partner, a fellow human being, has a reward value, we teach our university students. So let us reward others and accept this reward ourselves!
