Phytotherapy complementary treatment options for high blood pressure Herb guide, not just for the elderly

Abstract

High blood pressure is one of the common diseases nowadays, which affects many people worldwide. Among the complementary medicine areas healing with medicinal plants in other words phytotherapy can be a great alternative in the prevention, therapy and rehabilitation of high blood pressure and the related symptoms and complications. After all, there are many herbs available in Europe to treat the disease. Examples include hawthorn, white mistletoe and medicinal lemongrass.


In my article I present hypertension, herbs in general and 7 herbs through literature analysis, which can be used during therapy.
