Fashion trends in the fitness Examination of fitness trends in Hungary after the Covid-19

Abstract
The greatist impact on health and fitness industry has been Covid-19 epidemic in 2021/2022. Free time activity routins increased due to restrictive measures have changed. More and more people have recognised the importatns of movement thanks to taking up a healthy lifestyle and making it deliberate. People have been forced to keep fit by creative methods in there ’home gym’ or even outside. Virtual or online trainings and those technical equipments which support and follow a healthy and fit conditions whitut trainer have become significant trend. Low budget fintess centers (Kercher et all, 2022), and activity forms for seniors have come to the front. Connected to the abouve mentioned several new trends have appired in the field of fitness in the last years. In our article we will introduce how fitness industry has changed as a result of the altered circumstrances and customers diment. We are examinig the spread and popularity of this new trands. The most wite spread have been measured by questioners, with reference to the collected new trends in specialized literature. The subjects were average adults duing regular sporting activitys.
