Az ősi „sárga levestől” a modern mikrobiom-medicináig: a székletmikrobiota-transzplantáció tudományos reneszánsza és a gyógynövényes bioaktiválás Filloszféra-logikája

A székletmikrobiota‑transzplantáció (FMT) az elmúlt évtizedben a mikrobiom-medicina egyik legszilárdabban alátámasztott—ugyanakkor kulturálisan vitatott—beavatkozásává vált, különösen az ismétlődő Clostridioides difficile fertőzés (rCDI) esetén. Jelen tanulmány áttekinti az FMT történeti gyökereit az ókori kínai „Yellow Soup” (huanglongtang) hagyománytól a modern randomizált klinikai vizsgálatokig, és összefoglalja a hatásosság mechanisztikus alapjait: a kolonizációs rezisztencia helyreállítását, a mikrobiális közösségi funkciók (metabolit‑profilok) rekonstruálását, valamint a primer–szekunder epesav‑tengely szerepét a C. difficile ökológiai visszaszorításában (Gurung et al., 2024; McMillan et al, 2024.; van Nood et al, 2013.;). Az ökoszisztéma‑szintű, „ökoszisztéma‑terápiás” keretrendszert ezt követően a gyógynövények biohasznosulásának kérdéseire is kiterjesztjük a „metabolikus rés” fogalmán keresztül: diszbiózisban a bélmikrobák csökkent biotranszformációs kapacitása megakadályozhatja, hogy a fitokemikáliák jelentős hányada bioaktív metabolitokká alakuljon (Alqudah et al., 2024; Chen, 2025). Lehetséges természetes biotechnológiai megoldásként tárgyaljuk a Filloszféra (növényfelszíni) mikrobiális közösségek alkalmazását mikrobiom‑asszisztált fermentációs–kivonási folyamatokban, a méhkenyér (perga) természetes fermentációs analógiájára támaszkodva (Bakour et al., 2022; El-Didamony et al., 2024). Összegzésként amellett érvelünk, hogy az egészség és regeneráció támogatása—mind a klinikai mikrobiom-terápiákban, mind a botanikai megközelítésekben—egyre inkább az ökológiai egyensúly és a mikrobiális funkciók helyreállításának, illetve részleges pótlásának logikájában talál közös nevezőt (Du et al., 2019; U.S. FDA, 2022; U.S. FDA, 2023).
