Abstract

Tourism is permeated by the trend of health awareness. Changes in consumer needs and COVID demand more and more changes from the sector. Today we can talk about an innovation portfolio era. The present study presents a specific innovation that can improve sleep quality, and thus hotels can realize a competitive advantage by adapting to the growing trend of health awareness. In the study, the SBT-MED iMirror application and the sleep aid drops service are presented with medical support.
