A BCAA táplálkozás-élettani hatásai, szerepe a sporttáplálkozásban és a klinikumban

Absztrakt
Az étrend-kiegészítők formájában történő fehérjepótlás szinte nélkülözhetetlen a sportolók körében. A fehérjeporok mellett gyakori a BCAA, azaz elágazó láncú aminosav (leucin, izoleucin, valin) készítmények használata is.
